General

Cabinetco Inc. will arrange shipping to our customers after order approved. With the volume of cabinets that we are shipping, we continue to negotiate for the best possible rates. Depending on the size of your order we will utilize the best mode of transportation to ensure your shipping costs are kept at a minimum.

Cabinetco Inc. offers shipping credit based on the order amount as below:

$0 - $3500, None

$3501 - $6000, Up to $200

$6001 - $8000, Up to $300

$8001 - $10000, Up to $400

$10001 and above, Up to $500

Delivery days will vary for each specific location. Standard shipping via trucking company normally takes 3-10 days. Normal shipping via USPS or UPS for small packages takes 2-5 days.

The customer will be alerted via email with tracking information once the cabinets have shipped from the warehouse. Once the cabinets have been received by the terminal, they will call the consignee within 1-2 business days to schedule the actual delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct contact information to avoid any delay.

The delivery driver from the trucking company will only unload the pallet from the truck, it is the customer's responsibility to unpalletized the order and move the shipment/items to a safe or desired location.

Important Reminders About Receiving Your Cabinet Order

At the time of delivery, please check the contents of your delivery upon arrival and report any missing or visibly damaged cabinets to the delivery driver. (Be sure to mark any damaged or missing cartons on the bill of lading.) Please note that accessories, such as fillers/moldings, etc. may be packaged together. All cabinets are packaged in their own individual carton. Cabinetco is not responsible for missing or visibly damaged items after you sign for your delivery.   • Pictures of the pallet or box need to be provided if there is any damaged.

  • You have 14 days from date of delivery to report concealed damage.

  • Cabinetco is not responsible for missing or visibly damaged items after you sign for your delivery.

  • Product may arrive on pallets. Cabinetco is not responsible for removal and disposal of pallets and packaging.
